Wreath Making at the Botanical Garden

– Judy Elkind

The UC Botanical Garden, just west and up the hill from the Berkeley Campus is a great local destination for fun and learning. The Garden houses over 13,000 kinds of plants, with tours, places to picnic, and a small garden shop. It’s a great place to visit, and last week they held a special workshop.

The workshop was for succulent wreath making, and the finished products looked amazing! The best part is that succulents require little water to survive, and if you plant a single clipping from any succulent it will grow into a whole new one. They’ll definitely be great, lasting decorations for the holiday season.
