Five Reasons Why I Can’t Wait to Graduate!!

If you are a senior you are feeling it! This is the last stretch your your undergraduate career yet it seems like this could drag on infinitely. However, there are a couple of things that keep you plowing through to get to the end. Here are the top five reasons why life after graduation is calling your name!

5. SLEEP

You are perpetually behind on sleep and you can’t wait to sleep for 8 hours a night for a whole week. Heck! 8 hours a night for two days in a row would even be ideal.

4. NO HOMEWORK

The readings, the projects, the group work, the papers…ENOUGH ALREADY! One evening without the hanging threat of incomplete homework and a ton of stuff to do is all you need to feel sane again.

3. EMPLOYMENT

Getting a job is super exciting and the next biggest step in your life. You absolutely cannot wait to make your own dough and live life like a real life adult. Its finally time to get on the real grind!

2. GETTING YOUR LIFE TOGETHER

Without homework, a ton of meetings to attend, and all the time consuming and half-way unnecessary things that come with life at Berkeley, you will finally have time to make your own schedule! Its time to do the things you want to do. The dream of having time to hit the gym and get your body right, make your own meals,  and take on a new hobby can finally become a reality!

1. THE GOLDEN TICKET

After four long years you can finally say, “I graduated!”, all this education for a piece of paper that will supposedly magically grant you access to a new tier in life, whatever. Who cares what it does at this point, just give it to me so I can say, I’M DONE!!!
