You Think You Like Sushi Now? Just Wait.

When I thought my prayers for something greater than either a delectable plate of sushi or a well seasoned burrito would never be answered, “it” graced the pages of my Instagram newsfeed.

When I first saw “it,” I was stunned. Shocked. Bewildered. But mostly, I was overcome with a sense of overwhelming joy.
What is this “it” to which I am referring you might ask? I’m just going to allow the picture to speak for itself.

Behold my friends, the great Sushi Burrito. This is not a joke. It’s actually a burrito made of sushi.

Based in San Francisco, Sushiritto’s goal has been to revolutionize the way we eat sushi, without sacrificing any of the convenience, health, taste, or freshness. One of the greatest aspects about Sushiritto is that all of their seafood is sustainable; fish is delivered to the kitchen every morning. Sushiritto has also partnered with Safe Harbor Foods Certified Seafood to guarantee that the fish served is within FDA standards. All of the containers used in the restaurant are biodegradable and compostable, and environment-friendly materials were used for the interior of the store itself.
